As I've been pulling ideas together for the finish out of our entry, lighting has been one consideration at the very forefront of my mind. Good indoor lighting quality isn't always easy to achieve, and with this being the first spot people will enter within our home, we're aiming for all things warm and welcoming.

Our ceilings are pretty low at 8'-0", and while the updates we've completed in our entry so far definitely make the space feel taller, the fact of the matter is it's not actually taller. So in order to make the most out of the height we have, I've got my sights set on finding the perfect set of flush mount fixtures to pop into this space! We also considered just adding a row of recessed cans in here, but there's something too fun about a decorative flush mount that really gives your room a little something extra.
